Saturday sketches. The local lake communities here in Connecticut are seeing significant growth from the quarantine migrations. This lakeside bungalow has a sunken lounge and a lower level bunk room in the works. We are working to maximize the lake views to the rear of the dwelling utilizing landscape patio doors and as much window real estate as we can gather. A flip of the center stair and crafty use of vertical slats to open the stairwell up visually, also creating more transparency, have helped to create a more modern flow.
